Rates & Terms

Service Rate: $35 per hour (1 hr min)

This will be billed by quarter hour after the first full hour.

If travel is needed, I will charge .35 cents per mile (federal business rate is .65/mile)

Actual travel time will not be billed if only one destination is scheduled and it is within my service area (e.g., planning meeting).

Service Payment: Via Venmo or Cash
After services are complete, you can simply respond with payment to my Venmo account (@Lynne-Skinner). If you prefer to pay cash, we can arrange for that as well. If the project is longer-term or ongoing, we can work out a payment schedule that's comfortable. Any out-of-pocket costs I might incur on behalf of the project (e.g., goods, materials, services) will be pre-approved and pre-paid (when possible.)

Service Terms
As this type of service is more skilled, it is still of a personal and one-off nature, I will not provide formal invoicing or receipts unless for out-of-pocket expenses.

I consider you in my 'service area' if you live: East of Capital of Texas Hwy (Loop 360), South of Hwy 183/Research, North of the river, and West of I-35. Or zip code 78746, Westlake area. If you live outside this area, I can still provide support, but will charge for travel time to-and-from destination. See Map for details.
