Rates & Terms

Service Rate: $25 per hour (1 hr min)***

This will be billed by quarter hour after the first full hour.

I will charge .35 cents per mile (federal business rate is .65/mile)

Actual travel time will not be billed if only one destination is scheduled and it is within my service area.

***House & pet sitting will be billed per day/night as agreed

Service Payment: Via Venmo or Cash
After services are complete, you can simply respond with payment to my Venmo account (@Lynne-Skinner). If you prefer to pay cash, we can arrange for that as well.

Service Terms
As this type of service is of a personal and one-off nature, I will not be providing formal invoicing or receipts. If you cannot pay on receipt of Venmo request (sometimes these can be emergency events or unplanned costs), please let me know and we can work out a plan!

Service Area
I consider you in my 'service area' if you live: East of Capital of Texas Hwy (Loop 360), South of Hwy 183/Research, North of the river, and West of I-35. Or zip code 78746, Westlake area. If you live outside this area, I can still provide support, but will charge for travel time to-and-from destination. See Map for details.
