Rates & Terms
Please note that all services conducted directly with a business entity will require a Letter of Agreement (which will include Scope of Work and Project Estimate).

Service Rate: $45 - $75 per hour

Blended rate will be agreed-upon in LOA. Work product will be documented and tracked by quarter-hour increments.

Any travel needed will be charge at .65 cents per mile (federal business rate).

Actual travel time will not be billed if only one destination is scheduled and it is within my service area (e.g., planning meetings).

Service Payment: Invoice Bi-Weekly
If work is directly with a business entity, you will receive my W-9 up front and an invoice for work completed every two weeks. Payment can be made via ACH Direct Deposit (or Zelle) or company check. If professional work is being completed directly for you (and not a business entity), your payment can be made via Venmo or Zelle as agreed upon at outset of work.

Service Terms
Any work done on behalf of a business entity will be according to an initial Letter of Agreement, with terms according to the Letter. All payments are due Net 15 days (or according to business schedule if needed).

I consider you in my 'service area' if you live: East of Capital of Texas Hwy (Loop 360), South of Hwy 183/Research, North of the river, and West of I-35. Or zip code 78746, Westlake area. If you live outside this area, I can still provide support, but will charge for travel time to-and-from destination. See Map for details.
